Welcome to a showcase of the designs I crafted for HMTI

HMTI Universitas Tanjungpura is a student organization that supports Industrial Engineering students in academic, professional, and social development. It organizes seminars, workshops, competitions, and community service while fostering leadership and collaboration among its members.

MERCH DESGIN

As part of my collaboration with HMTI, I was responsible for designing seven unique stickers aimed at capturing the interests of engineering students at Universitas Tanjungpura. These designs were carefully developed through a structured creative process to address specific audience segments

Five designs were tailored specifically for Industrial Engineering students, introducing fresh concepts and addressing the repetitive and uninspiring designs commonly used in the past. I analyzed key elements symbolizing Industrial Engineering, such as construction helmets, factories, and typography styles that reflect technical precision. After brainstorming, I sketched various layouts and styles, focusing on harmonizing illustrations and typography.

Two designs were developed to appeal to the broader Faculty of Engineering, incorporating recognizable symbols and bold color schemes. I focused on the Engineering Monument (Tugu Teknik) as a unifying icon for all engineering students.

Instagram Post

For HMTI’s Instagram, I developed a cohesive content strategy featuring 27 interconnected posts, visually linked across three campaign sections. Each section was designed with meticulous attention to detail to create a unique presentation.

The first section, consisting of 9 grid posts, announced the launch of the sticker merchandise. I ensured the designs focused on highlighting the merchandise while incorporating bold, eye-catching elements to attract attention. I carefully planned how each post would connect, sketching layouts to create a visually continuous story when viewed on the Instagram grid.

The second campaign, also comprising 9 grid posts, promoted additional merchandise with a fresh design approach. I maintained the same branding colors for visual harmony across campaigns, and I experimented with new layouts and compositions, ensuring the posts looked distinct yet cohesive.

The final section highlighted student businesses, featuring another 9 interconnected posts. Building on the previous sections, I adjusted the visual style to suit the theme of entrepreneurial creativity while maintaining continuity. I introduced minor stylistic changes to distinguish this section without disrupting the overall flow.

Each section formed a seamless visual narrative when viewed collectively. I also created vertical-format Instagram Stories for each campaign, adapting the designs for different screen orientations while retaining thematic consistency.
